TPWC, A Fee-Based Investment Adviser

Posted On Oct 9 //  Background

By Jeff McClure

The Personal Wealth Coach is a fee-based, independent investment advisory firm. What that means to you, the investor, is that we are a fiduciary firm, and that each of our individual advisers are obligated both ethically and legally to act in all case solely in your best interest!

We at TPWC operate under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and as such are obligated to disclose all fees and charges and whenever possible to avoid any conflicts of interest between us and our clients. If there are conflicts of interest, such as payments being made directly or indirectly to a member of TPWC, we will disclose those payments, how much they are, and under what circumstances they might happen. Further, we will state why we believe such conflicts are actually in our clients’ best interests. We do that in writing as well as verbally.

For more details about how we do business and our philosophy, click on the Methodology and  Philosophy tabs above.
